Experience the real life of Thai shrimp farmers in rural Suphan Buri. I am a local expert and also a shrimp farm owner. So, I'd love to share out how a local life is around this aqua-cultural farm in Thailand. Find smiles of sincerity and try catching some shrimps yourself. We'll cook the authentic homemade Tom Yum Kung (spicy shrimp soup) and more together.

Meet up at BTS Station (Mo Chit)

Arrive at the shrimp farm and learn about the life of shrimp farmers. Here at Suphan Buri, aquaculture is such a big part of our community, and today, we still continue the traditional way of farming. I'll take you to see different step and how we usually run the place from the production to how we manage the sites.

Let's cook our homemade meal by using the ingredients from our farm and garden. They are organic, fresh, and tasty! You can try the authentic famous dish "Tom Yum Kung" and more!

Have lunch together. Enjoy a fun chitchat with me and learn more about the insight of my hometown and the local lifestyle.

The tour, originally booked for just the shrimp farm took us also to Luang Po U-Thong temple with its vast Buddha statue carved from a cliff (must see!) and Wat Phai Rong Rua, both in Suphanburi Province north of Bangkok. Learning about shrimp farming, cooking Tom Yum Goong and spending time with Mai, who is a wonderful, warmhearted and friendly host at her family‘s farm was a great experience.

Many thanks to Mai, her family and her husband who did all the driving!

We had a wonderful day and hope to see you again.
