Fantastic tour - do it!

Perfect way to get to know the landscapes and countryside just outside of Siem Reap. We had good mountain bikes and comfortable seats for enjoying the beautiful sand trails with all the holes in the streets. Our very good english speaking guide, Chum, was very nice and friendly and did explain us a lot about the spots we visited and about Cambodia in general. We had no hurry at all and really could enjoy all stops and ask a lot of questions.

The best thing for me was that we visited a local market where you would never come by and Chum showed us many different foods and let us try. He bought fruits there for our snack on the tour, very tasty and you see that your money goes directly where it has to. Great company!

Awesome experience!

My husband and I did the Off the Trail morning bike ride and it was wonderful! Butterfly Tours was a very well run company, they picked us up at our hotel on time, and took us to get fitted for bikes at their store. The guys who work at the store are soo nice and friendly and very helpful with fitting your bike and helmet. The day was very hot so bring a lot of water and it’s rougher terrain that you’ll be riding on but it was all part of rhe experience. We were very happy to see areas outside of the city. Our favorite stops were the village and the alcohol distillery. Our tour guide was the best! Ratana was so knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable the whole trip. He took pictures for us and got us water bottles when needed. We had really great convos with him about Siem Reap and Cambodia.

Fantastic opportunity to see authentic Cambodian life riding the back roads and less traveled sights

Cannot say enough about Vuthsy, my outstanding guide and the care he took to make my ride an unforgettable experience. From the moment we were introduced, I sensed his enthusiasm and pride in embarking on this adventure, as if it was his first time too. He eagerly shared his knowledge of local culture at the various stops along the way and kept the pace of the day relaxed with lots of opportunities to take pics and ask questions. I highly recommend this particular bike tour to experience authentic Cambodian life outside the city.
