Amazing!! I was very impressed with this tour and how organised it was! It was well arranged from beginning to the end, and the host/teacher (Alex) and all of his team were very friendly, professional, and organised. Upon arriving to the meeting point, we were a little late — immediately there were two team members who recognised us and took us to join the tour host and the rest of the guests. We enjoyed a market tour and then took a tuk-tuk back to the cooking school, where we enjoyed a great class. Everything was well prepared — everything was washed and set up for us. I brought a group of 4 people (one from Switzerland, one from Singapore, two from USA) and we all said we liked this session because it allowed us to feel like we are cooking and learning how to cook authentic Thai food, but we didn’t have to deal with cleaning or preparing the ingredients. It was a perfect session for 3.5 hours and we learned so much in this short time! The best part is that we got to enjoy our own dishes that we prepared. And since we’re preparing them, we can tailor it to our taste. For example, I could take out onions or cilantro if I didn’t want them in my pad thai. Above all, our teacher Alex and his service team were amazing hosts the whole time. I highly recommend this tour to anyone who loves Thai food and wants to learn how to cook it!
