15 minutes from BTS Bang Wa station, I will take you to Khlong Lat Mayom Floating Market. You will see numerous vendors selling local foods, fruits and products along the canal. Some foods are rarely to find in the city!. You will ride on a long-tailed motor boat too. The local living beside the canal is interesting. How exciting!

Meet up at BTS Station (Bang Wa)

Arrive Lat Mayom Floating Market and take motor boat trip to destination on your preference either to visit Local temple (another small floating market) and Orchid farm, or Thai-traditional house and Thai Perfume house.

Enjoy lunch at Lat Mayom Floating Market. There are plenty of local foods, drinks and snacks you can choose.

13:00

After lunch, time for shopping! (There are many Thai handicrafts, souvenirs and must-have items you can buy)

However, if you find your favorite snacks, you can buy and take it back to your hotel!

We had a great time with our tour expert, Meji!

First, he sent us detailed instructions with pictures to get to the meet-up point.

He's also very thoughtful to provide ice cold bottled mineral water for the three of us when we were in his car.

It was raining when we arrived at the market so he dropped us off first to a shade and then he parked his car so that we won't get wet. We took a tour of the market and got to try some local delicacies. He also recommended a stall that offers fresh juices and we loved it. I remembered he particularly recommended the guava juice which was refreshing.

We rode a boat after the rain stopped and he gladly took pictures of us in the boat and in the temple where we did a side trip. He was also very helpful with us when we were boarding the boat.

He also suggested to try the coconut ice cream and we bought it from a local vendor and it did not disappoint at all.

After that, we road the boat again to Niyom's Orchid Farm which our grandmother truly enjoyed because she loves plants!

We returned to the market and ended the tour with a lunch. We bought food from the stalls there and Meji helped us to place our orders.

Our next trip was to go to Chatuchak and he accompanied us to the main street where we booked our Bolt to go there.

Meji was very helpful and fun to be with! He's also caring and thoughtful, not to mention that he kind of looks like J-Hope 😁

We really had a great time with our tour and we hope to visit Bangkok again next time!
