Start our tour of 5 famous Bangkok temples.

First, we'll go to Grand Palace and Temple of the Emerald Buddha (Wat Phra Kaew). This is one of Thailand's most stunning temples with fine art and architecture. Highlights include the Throne Hall and the Emerald Buddha.

Visit Wat Pho (Temple of the Reclining Buddha).

See the magnificent golden Reclining Buddha, color pagodas, and quirky statues portraying traditional Thai massage techniques.

Boat ride to Wang Lang Market. It's a nice place to see the local way of life and try local cuisine, especially street food.

Visit Wat Rakhang Kositaram or Temple of the Bells in English. Keep an eye out for the bells and some interesting structure.

Boat ride to Wat Arun (Temple of Dawn). The highlight is undoubtedly the grand Khmer-style tower or prang in Thai.

Visit Wat Kalayanamit. Pay respect to the 15-meter-tall golden Buddha statue called Luang Phor Toh.
