General Information

- The staff will show the sign with your name and wait for you at Gate 2 for domestic flights or Gate 2 for international flights on the arrival floor of Phuket international airport (HKT). - Rate is all inclusive: fuel, all expressway, tolls, all applicable government taxes, all parking fees. - Capacity up to 5 passengers with maximum 5 big baggages.

What should I do if my flight delayed?

- If your flight will be delayed more than 2 hours, please contact TakeMeTour as soon as possible (support@takemetour.com or WhatsApp: +66830761452). - The staff will wait for you at the gate up to 2 hours (from arrival time). - If it's later than 2 hours, your booking will be considered as no show.

Cancellation Policy

- Booking cannot be canceled, refunded, changed or rescheduled under any circumstances.

Term & Condition

- If the service time is between 11 p.m. - 2 a.m. (refer to your arrival time), you need to pay the extra charge 100 THB directly to the driver. - If the service time is between 2 a.m. - 6 a.m. (refer to your arrival time), you need to pay the extra charge 200 THB directly to the driver. - This transfer service is not cover for Panwa / Ao Makham / Rawai / Naiharn area, if you need to travel to these areas, please note that you need to pay 50 THB extra charge directly to the driver
