Sawasdee ka , I'm chef Debbie from Uttaradit , the small but peace full province in lower Northern Thailand. I love to cook and making cake especially adaptation a local fruit to be a tasty cake. And after more than 10 years in a tour guide life around Thailand , I started to collect my experiences from any place I'd been visited , any food I ate together and it became my chic cafe' in Uttaradit for 6 years. Now I want to meet a new friend from anywhere in this world who are interested in Thai food or Thai dessert and want to learn about it, so I open my kitchen and prepare a short course for you.
