Ayutthaya : The Biggest Buddha, Giant Grilled Shrimp and Thai-Chinese Town

Arnon picked us up from the airport at 11 am and whisked us off to see Ayutthaya. Since we started the day later than the normal tour time we modified the schedule to just focus on the Ayutthaya area and then the Giant Buddha with a return to our hotel in Bangkok. The touring was great and informative and Arnon made sure to keep us hydrated and offered hats and umbrellas to keep us safe from the hot sun. He also treated us to a spun sugar dessert original to the area that we ate in the car in our way between sites. Delicious. A great way to tour the sites since it was two hours outside the city center. Thank you for a wonderful day.

This tour has it all - great historical sites, non-tourist markets, fantastic food and an outstanding guide - Arnon! Not only did Arnon share his knowledge about Thailand, the sites we visited and local food - he was also a great driver. We always seemed to be ahead of the crowds - we were leaving as the big buses were arriving - but the tour was never rushed (there was always time for one more photo or another taste of market food)
We would highly recommend this tour!
